Fénix Community Center A.C. es una organización sin fines de lucro dedicada a defender los derechos humanos y brindar apoyo legal y humanitario a migrantes, comunidades indígenas y personas en situación de vulnerabilidad en México.

Proyectos

En Fénix Community Center A.C. desarrollamos proyectos enfocados en la defensa de derechos humanos, la atención a personas migrantes, el acompañamiento a comunidades indígenas y la protección de sectores vulnerables en México.

Nuestros proyectos se basan en la acción comunitaria, el acceso a la justicia y la inclusión, siempre con un enfoque de derechos.

🌎 Proyectos activos

1. Migración MX
Asesoría legal gratuita, difusión de derechos y defensa a través de juicio de amparo y otros recursos constitucionales para personas migrantes en situación de riesgo en México.

2. Derechos sin Fronteras
Talleres comunitarios sobre derechos humanos, no discriminación y acceso a servicios públicos para comunidades indígenas migrantes.

3. Apoyo Humanitario a Personas en Tránsito
Distribución de insumos básicos, orientación legal y acompañamiento en estaciones migratorias o albergues de tránsito.

4. Red de Defensa Comunitaria
Capacitación a promotores locales, voluntarios y defensores comunitarios en herramientas legales y acción humanitaria.
